Adult Reentry Program

Adult reentry is designed to help reduce Maryland’s recidivism rate for adults 18 years and older who are actively on parole or probation. Participants will gain essential life, social, and competency skills. Funding is provided by multiple sources annually.

Participant Profile: Participants must be actively on parole or probation and 18 years or older who are seeking assistance in the development of positive social, coping, and problem-solving skills in order to discover leadership and self-worth.

Breakdown of Services: Adult Reentry is a 1:1 mentoring program designed to assist adults in gaining the needed competencies for essential life, social, and behavioral skills. Using a restorative practice model, we assist adults who have exhibited poor decision-making skills. This program helps participants gain the necessary skillsets to transition from the criminal justice system to become successfully independent adults.
