1:1 Supportive Services
1:1 supportive services to youth who are experiencing crisis, unstable housing, and behavioral issues. Services are provided 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days. 1:1 supportive services are referrals from Department of Social Services ONLY.
Problems We Solve: Youths with extreme behavior issues are often not treated for the root causes of their behaviors which inhibits the effectiveness of traditional placement options. This leads to further behavioral issues, unstable placements, and possible public safety issues.
Why We’re The Best: Lead4Life’s 1:1 supportive service program focuses on an intensive engagement model to address the underlying behaviors and to help our youth restore order out of the chaos in their lives. Typically, over a period of three to five months, our youth qualify for independent living, therapeutic foster homes and transitional housing.
Crisis / Placement Support: Lead4Life provides after hour placement care and emergency hospital stay support.
