At Lead4Life, we offer programs focused on equality and inclusion designed to enrich the lives of our participants and their families. All of our programs focus on participants’ strengths and the talents they offer to the community, while incorporating a blending of strength-based, trauma-informed care models and restorative practices. With empathy and compassion, our participants are able to build meaningful relationships with our staff and learn life skills that prepare them to face the world with confidence and ease.
