Meet Nicole Elliott! Nicole is the Program Manager for the Parent Mentoring Initiative (PMI) & Mentoring Programs at Lead4Life, Inc. She joined the L4L family in 2019 as a mentor and progressed to a program manager in February 2020. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the direct impact that L4L services have on participants and providing kindness, patience, and perseverance to those in need. When she’s not working with her mentors and mentees, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors, with family, and her three sons.
