Annual Report

As the Founder of Lead4Life, I take pride in the journey it has taken to grow to the capacity of over 100 team members to ensure our service delivery is up to the standards of our participants, vendors, and communities. I, as well as a lot of our participants, have suffered from traumatic events in our lives that cause our life transitions to be one of that feels never ending. Trauma can be paralyzing for some and motivation to live beyond what one believes was their life possibilities for others. In FY23, Lead4Life was blessed beyond measure with guidance, prayers, and grace from many community leaders that have seen firsthand our impact on the immediate community. It is with their willingness and eagerness to support our team in many professional roles that we were able to exceed our annual goals. As a leader and trauma survivor, my goal is to elevate those surrounding me including team members, participants, and those with a dream. My trauma enhanced my spirituality and continues to allow me to open the world of possibilities for many that come through our pathway here at Lead4Life.
